Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Trovana.co, we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review our policy below:

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order at no cost any time before the Dispatch Confirmation Email is sent or within 12 hours of placing your order, whichever comes first.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed for returned items that are defective, damaged, missing parts, or different from the product description. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Refund requests for eligible products must be made within 10 days of delivery. The refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If a replacement is not available for a defective product, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
